Beauty, Heart and Spirit: Historic Photographic Processes

Minneapolis Central Library Pohlad Hall Thursday, Nov. 15, 6–8 p.m. Master printers Peter Bernardy and Brad Miller will display and explain the many photographic processes Edward S. Curtis employed in creating his iconic photographs. They also will discuss how those processes informed the creation of a contemporary exhibition utilizing the same processes. Organized by the Foundation for the Exhibition of Photography, Minneapolis, and presented in collaboration with Christopher Cardozo Fine Art and the Minnesota Council of Regional Public Library Administrators. This project is funded with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. Sponsored by Friends of the Minneapolis Central Library.
