Minnesota Banjo Makers

Learn about the banjo-making process, banjos themselves, and the makers currently active in Minnesota in “Minnesota Banjo Makers” at Cargill Hall, October 7-November 26.

On Saturday, October 7, join us for an opening reception from 1-3 p.m. At 2 p.m., local musicians will play Minnesota-made banjos in a special performance in Pohlad Hall.

Enjoy a musical performance from a variety of banjo and music styles, from fretless to bluegrass. Featuring the Dumpy Jug Bumpers, Adam Kiesling, Mike in the Wilderness, and Phil Nusbaum and Sherry Minnick. Saturday, October 21, 2-4 p.m. at Minneapolis Central Library, Pohlad Hall.

Join The Saint Paul Mudsteppers for a country blues concert Saturday, November 18, 3-4 p.m. at Minneapolis Central Library, Pohlad Hall.
