This class offers an overview of electronic resources available on HCL’s website, primarily subscription databases.

This class is required for librarians, associate librarians and substitute librarians who are new to HCL. New staff members are required to attend both Session 1 and Session 2 to complete the Electronic Resources class. Sessions can be taken in any order. It is not necessary to attend both sessions in the same month. Current staff, including current substitutes, who want a refresher are welcome to attend one or both sessions. Supervisory approval is required. Current substitutes should request approval from the supervisor of the agency where they substitute most often.
