POLICY All benefited employees who are on paid status the scheduled day before and after a holiday will receive holiday pay. Exempt benefited employees, excluding those covered by Labor Agreement 2864, who work on the holiday receive their regular hourly salary plus deferred holiday time. Non-exempt benefited employees and exempt employees covered by Labor Agreement 2864 who work on a holiday will receive one and one-half hourly salary for each hour worked on the holiday. They will also receive deferred holiday time.
