Every new hire is required to attend the three-hour HCL orientation session. These sessions will be offered bi-annually. Current employees who have not attended an HCL orientation session are also encouraged to attend. New benefitted staff are also required to attend the half-day County new employee orientation conducted by Hennepin County Human Resources at the Government Center.
