Based on HR Rule, Section 11, Reinstatement, HCL supervisors will interview all reinstatement candidates who meet the minimum requirements of Section 11.2 by having worked in the Library for the required period of time. Other Hennepin County reinstatement candidates may also be considered/interviewed.

Reinstatement candidates interviewed within the last 90 days do not have to be re-interviewed by the same supervisor (section 8.3).
