Circulation Policy

• All Hennepin County Library materials are available to patrons of any age.

• There is a limit of 100 items per patron on material checked out, with the exception of art prints. Local option may be applied for special assignments, seasonal material, puppets, etc.

• Art prints and puppets must be returned to the library from which they were borrowed.

• All other circulating material may be returned to any HCL or MELSA library.

• Materials returned to any MELSA library will be considered returned on the date given by the MELSA library on their reroute slip.
