Most materials are loaned for three weeks.

The standard loan date is calculated by Dynix.

Exceptions to the three week loan period are:

• Framed Art - 8 weeks
• Video Cassettes - 1 week
• DVDs - 1 week
• Children's Readmobile loans - 4 weeks
• Family Literacy Card - 80 days
• Outreach materials - varies
• Deposit Collections - 80 days
• Bestseller Express - 10 days

In addition, certain items that reach the 3:1 (or greater) reserve ratio automatically receive a 2 week loan. This includes all adult fiction and nonfiction print material (excepting items over 500 pages) and adult CDs.

Other exceptions may be determined by local option.
