Anne of Green Gables
by L.M. Montgomery
I thought the book was great. It is about a foster girl who is adopted. The book tells about her life from being 11 till she is going off to college. I would really recommend this book to kids ages 10-13. Girls I think will love this book. Boys might.

Flipped
by Wendelin Van Draanen
This book was awesome. The different perspectives of the two characters were alike yet different. You kind of grow on the characters and your feeling change about them. This story is about a boy and a girl that live across the street from each other and their daily events and feelings. A wonderful read.

In the Stone Circle
by Elizabeth Cody Kimmel
I really, really like this book! It is about a girl named Cristyn who discovers a ghost living in her Wales "vacation house". The welsh ghost, Carwen, is trying to get back a memory from her father, and is asking Crystin to do that! This is an awesome book with twists and turns you'll never believe!

Stealing Freedom is amazing. It is about a slave named Ann Maria Weems. Her family is bought by a man who gives them freedom, but Ann's Master won't sell her. It is a touching, meaningful true book that warms your heart. You can read it again and again.

Dead Wrong
by H.G. Gilmour
I think this book is very good because, you never know what's going to happen next. The title spoils the mystery because the girls ARE "Dead Wrong" in what they believe is true! [Series: T*witches #4]
