by Park, Barbara. Get a large box of tissues for this one! Although this book is written for elementary aged children, the emotions are far too complex for them to understand. Told through a raw and convincing voice of a girl who loses her brother in a bike accident and how the event ultimately changes her family forever. posted Nov 2, 2007 at 2:06PM

by Kohn, Alfie. This book will change the way you look at parenting and interacting with kids. It may take a while to make the mental shift but in the long run it seems to me the best way of treating our kids. posted Nov 2, 2007 at 1:45PM
