by Naylor, Phyllis Reynolds I think Jade Green is a very good book because it uses different types of genres, such as romance, mystery, adventure and drama. This book also has a very good mix of characters. Instead of focusing on one character, they focus on many different characters. This book is by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor. This is a great summer read! posted May 26, 2004 at 12:39PM

by Dahl, Roald Matilda is a little girl who is the youngest in her family. She loves to read and her parents think she is horribly stupid because of it.They think that she should watch TV instead. This book is hilariously ingenious. I give it 2 thumbs up. posted Jun 29, 2004 at 12:40PM

by MacDonald, George, 1824-1905 It is a good book. It is about a princess who has to leave the palace and live in a cottage sort of a thing. And she meets a boy Curdie who finds things out about the goblins. She meets her Fairy Grandmother in an attic room. And her Fairy Grandmother gives her a gift. Now, I won't tell you what happens, but I think girls would probably like this book more than boys. But I could be wrong. posted Jul 30, 2004

by Maguire, Gregory I enjoyed Wicked a lot. I liked hearing things from the witch's side of the story. It did not keep my interest up the whole time, but in the end I fell in love with it. posted Sep 14, 2005

by Guest, Judith. Judith Guest creates a charcter, Conrad Jarrett, that readers will find themselves being able to relate to. He seems so normal. I found myself, numerous times, understanding exactly what Jarrett was thinking. This book helps the reader to see that we all have problems and secrets. We spend so much time trying to hide them because we are afraid of what others will think when they find out we are not perfect. The reality that Guest shows the reader, though, is that these problems are not what set us apart but rather what makes us all similar. It's ordinary to be slightly disfunctional. posted Apr 9, 2004

I think these are really good books. They have scripture verses. I memorized each one of them. I recommend reading these. I hope you enjoy. They are hiliarious books and there are serious parts. Well if you read these books, I hope you enjoy them as much as I did. [Series: Elsie Dinsmore #1] posted Jun 7, 2004

by Maguire, Gregory This book is amazing. It had me hooked from the beginning. It tells the story of Cinderella from the younger ugly stepsister's point of view. Just like in Wicked, the author takes the so-called "evil" character and tells the story from the point of view none of us ever knew. It made me feel compassion for the stepsister. I loved the book Wicked, but to me Confessions was SO much better. I'd recommend this book to anyone, especially if you love fairy tales. posted Sep 14, 2005

by Bauer, Cat This book told about a teenage girl who just entered high school. She's convinced that she was adopted, because her parents are nothing like her. She's never seen her birth certificate, because her parent claim to have lost it. She finds a harlequin one day that i signed "Your loving father", but it's not her dad's writing. This is a great book, and i think mot teen girls would like it. posted Apr 9, 2004

by Funke, Cornelia Caroline This is one of the best books I've ever read, i couldn't put it down. It's a fantasy story about a girl and her father who can read things(including people) out of books. Her father accidently reads a villain named Capricorn out of a book when she's a child, and her mother goes into the book. It's a great story, i recommend it to anyone who likes fantasy stories. posted Dec 19, 2004
