Cover ArtHarry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
by Rowling, J. K.
It was a great book! I think that it can be read by all ages. I like this book so much that i would stay up all night and read it. Then the next day I would be very tired. But i would keep reading. Her writing is interesting. You never know what is going to happen next. It is Harry's 5th year at Hogwarts. You know who ( Voldamort) has returned to power. Harry has many things on his mind Harry is in for a big and suprising school year. Or will he even live still live till the end of his 5th year? Read Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheniox to find out!   posted Oct 15, 2004 at 10:59PM

by DiTerlizzi, Tony
I really like this book. It has small pages and big writing. The book has only 108 pages. I read it in one day. It was very good. I didn't think that I would like it very much when I started but it was great! It is about the three Grace children. Mallory, Jared, and Simon. Mallory is 13. Jared and Simon are twins and they are 9. in the beggining they move to thier new house and they dont like it. It is VERY run down and is really, really old. they find a secret library and that fairys are real! That is only the beggining. This is the 1st book of a five book series. I have read the first three and they are awsome. So read The Spiderwick Chronicles![Series: Spiderwick Chronicles: Book 1]   posted Dec 9, 2004 at 9:08PM

Cover ArtRowan of Rin
by Rodda, Emily
I thought it was an awesome book and a great adventure when he had to climb up the mountian to save Rin ( his town). It was ok at the beginning but then got better and better. I really enjoyed it and it was pretty hard to put down once you got into it. I also loved all the action when he had to fight spiders and the swamp to get to the top. He must also face the fierce dragon at the top. I thought it was a great book! [Sequel: Rowan and the Travelers]   posted Jun 26, 2005 at 10:01AM

Cover ArtWheel wizards
by Christopher, Matt
This was a really good book. At the start no one understands Seth and how he feels after he was in a car crash. He used to play basketball and was really good at it then was the car crash happened he could not even move his legs so he couldn't play. Then Seth and his friend are walking home from school and Seth sees a boy shooting hoops. He is really good. One of the best Seths ever seen. Plus, amazingly the boy is in a wheelchair. He tells Seth about Wheelchair basketball. The next day at school Seths sister sees a poster that says there will be a game the sunday, wheelchair basketball! When Seth goes he loves the game. He might play. Find out if he does in Wheel Wizards!!   posted Jul 2, 2004 at 10:19AM

Cover ArtCam Jansen and the mystery of the Babe Ruth baseball
by Adler, David A.
It was a very good book. One good part was when the guy in the green jacket stole the baseball and Cam and Eric had to get it back. Cam is an excellent guesser and they figured it out by Cam closing her eyes and saying "Click".   posted Jun 24, 2004 at 2:16PM

This book had more funny parts than the first Bone book, but less action. Still, it was one of the best books I've ever read. [Series: Bone # 2]   posted Aug 5, 2005 at 7:59AM

Cover ArtOut from Boneville

This is one of the best books I've ever read. It is funny and still captures the action and supense of two people being chased by rat-like creatures in the middle of the woods. [Series: Bone #1]   posted Jul 26, 2005 at 8:56AM

Cover ArtDinoverse
by Ciencin, Scott
It is a really good book that you just can't stop reading; when you're done with one book in the series you just can't wait for the next one. The only setback is that in books 5 and 6, it gets very confusing and it is hard to follow.   posted May 9, 2006 at 11:08AM

Cover ArtHarry Potter and the chamber of secrets
by Rowling, J. K.
The Harry Potter series is great, but the Chamber of Secrets is the best!!!The best thing about this book is that you don't know what will happen next and you always want to know. Although I do think you should read the first book before The Chamber of Secrets.   posted May 22, 2004 at 4:01PM

Cover ArtHoles
by Sachar, Louis, 1954-
I like the characters and how yellow spotted lizards crawl over the treasure and Zero and Stanley. You might cry at some point but the best part is figuring out what the characters look like. It can be confusing at times but once you get into the25th chapter its not that confusing. It has 50 chapters but they are not that long. I would recomend it to everybody.   posted May 9, 2006 at 11:08AM

One of the better books I've read because it is not the usual happy ending books. It is also well written because the author describes the characters and stuff but doesn't over describe it. [Series: Children of the Red King #4]   posted Jul 22, 2005 at 9:07AM

Cover ArtSeason of the sandstorms
by Osborne, Mary Pope
I loved this book! It is about Jack and Annie going to Baghdad to complete a mission. They must help a king share wisdom with the world. They meet a man in the desert that helps them to find their way there. Now I don't want to ruin the story so you'll just have to read it yourself to find out who the man is. [Series: Magic Tree House #34]   posted Dec 6, 2005 at 6:56PM

Cover ArtNo more dead dogs
by Korman, Gordon
It was a funny and slightly romantic book about a teenage football player, Wallace Wallace, who gets detention for not writing a book report that was up to snuff. As punishment, he has to go to play rehersal. To make matters worse, the rehersals are for the play form of the book, 'Old Shep, My Pal', which in Wallace's opinion will NOT be a crowd pleaser. But with a little help from Wallace, the play is turned into a rock-n-roll rendition, with rollerskates and a Moped!   posted Aug 11, 2004
