Reading Interests: I enjoy fantasy, romance is optional. I enjoy anything that really makes you care about what happens in the books. As a rule, if it makes me cry, it has to be pretty dang good.

Cover ArtRemembrance of the sun
by Gilmore, Kate.
This book deserves more attention as it is well written and heart-wrenching. The political situation in this book has striking similarities to that of today.   posted Jun 29, 2012 at 10:49PM

Cover ArtSweep: Book of Shadows, the Coven and Blood Witch
by Tiernan, Cate.
These books are really engaging. I love how the author makes it real with details and I’m so glad they’re putting these all in one volume.   posted Jul 16, 2010 at 6:05PM

Cover ArtThe last days : a novel
by Westerfeld, Scott.
This is even better than Peeps in my opinion. You don’t have to be worried about parasite information every chapter (even thought that was sort of interesting) and the characters are younger and cooler.   posted Nov 1, 2009 at 4:03PM

Cover ArtRevolution is not a dinner party : a novel
by Ying Chang Compestine
This is a very moving book that details what it was like to live during the revolution. I would suggest it to anybody who can connect with the characters and appreciate that this actually happened.   posted Sep 1, 2008 at 8:40PM

Cover ArtMagyk
by Sage, Angie
Good light read. Nothing too dark or sad or heavy. Magykal and cool.   posted Aug 12, 2007 at 12:08PM
