Good book for parents, teachers, coaches, supervisors, managers, bosses, etc. A quick read, yet remarkably clear in its message. Great analogy of filling/emptying one’s bucket with praise/criticism without getting preachy. The author paints a rosy scenario at times (all can be made right with the proper amount and type of praise), without delving into real-life situations that can affect boss/employee relationships (personalities, competence, office politics). Still, readers can gather some great advice to build on the “filling the bucket” concept.
