This book will really challenge you to think about your automatic responses as a parent. It’s not easy to change the behaviors that we don’t even think about. But it’s worth it, and our children deserve that we think about what we’re saying to them, both consciously and subconsciously.

This book will change the way you look at parenting and interacting with kids. It may take a while to make the mental shift but in the long run it seems to me the best way of treating our kids.
