The Williams Sonoma Baking book is great--it has breads, desserts, fancy stuff, basic stuff, and everything I've made (about a dozen of the recipes included) has tasted delicious. The chocolate mint cheesecake is still talked about by my co-workers more than a month after I served it, and the Cardamom Cinnamon bread is outstanding. Next up are the blueberry muffins (since blueberries were two for one at Cub last week). Yum!
