I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Catherine’s descriptions of adjusting to farm life are hilarious, as I could see myself reacting the same way! I read this book poolside while I was on holiday last week, and I laughed outloud at least once every chapter! That makes a good book. Her writing style is honest and funny and easy to relate to. She doesn’t gloss over the difficult parts of her relationship with her partner or the farm. As readers, we journey along with her as she figures out how to balance all the parts of her life. This is a great read!
