This book makes no sense at all. It is hard to follow the story line.

When Olus, God of the Winds, wants to save Kezi, a mortal, from her fate as a sacrifice, he must find a way to make her immortal. They must endure tests of their bravery and cleverness. This well written and exciting tale may be too complicated for younger readers, but older grade schoolers through adult readers will find much to enjoy. It is a thought provoking story. Would be great for a children’s book club.

I did not like this book all over. The plot was a good idea, but it was executed is such a way as to make it boring and predictable. Some of the characters were interesting, but they didn’t have much depth.
