Maureen Johnson Does it again! A really good book about a family that owns a hotel and how they are trying to keep the hotel alive. The story starts with the main character's, Scarlett, birthday celebration where she gets the key to one of the hotel suites as her gift and takes care of that room and any guest that stays in it.
Be sure to read her other books:
13 little Blue Envelopes,
The Key to the Golden Fire Bird, and
The Burmeudez Triangle!

"Suite Scarlett" is about the adventures of a girl whose family owns a hotel in New York City.
The summer that Scarlett assumed would be boring turns out to be the time of her life as she helps her aspiring actor brother find success, becomes the assistant of a celebrity staying at the hotel, and meets a certain special someone. This book was easy to read and I couldn't put it down. It was incredibly entertaining.
