What other readers are saying about this title:
I wasn’t sure I’d like this book. Seems an odd topic for a Mn. writer. However, this is a fascinating book. It moves along well and sustained my interest. (I didn’t know much about lepers.) It is worth reading!

The idea of leprosy in the US had never occurred to me. I wouldn’t consider this a light read, but it was informative and moved at a good pace. I’m glad to have read it.
