A very interesting and disturbing novel that’s excessive on violence, especially toward some good and undeserving characters. 7 of 10 stars that would have rated higher with fewer innocents killed.

This book is choke full of black humor, sarcasm and irony. Not only that but it is hardboiled; what more could one want? An ex killer is now a doctor and, through the Witness Protection Program, hides and works in a hospital when a patient recognizes him. Events cascade from there in a fun and entertaining way. Highly recommended for amateurs of the above listed characteristics.

based on these comments above I am not going to even near this book. Thanks and books like these are terrible so dont read them.
