What other readers are saying about this title:
I honestly don’t know how to rate this book. It wasn’t very good, and I told myself that I wasn’t going to read it but I ended up doing it anyways. Even though the book was good, I wanted to cry at least four times throughout the story, and it left me in a bad place when I finished it. I am very disappointed with some of the characters and wish that there was an alternative ending, but this book really showed me that there aren’t always happy endings. Tasha and Trae’s relationship happened to be my favorite, and Wahida sure ruined it. I still feel like crying, and I just had to right this review to let you guys know to brace yourselves before reading it. When I wrote my review for Thug Matrimony, I still stand by my warning. If you were satisfied with that happy ending, do NOT read this book!!! Can’t wait until the one after this comes out, and I hope it does soon. Also, I just wanted to say that this book is totally out of character for Wahida. I wasn’t sure if I was being tricked with it and would be told that the book was all a joke, or if I was reading the real thing. All of the characters were out of their character and made me VERY disappointed. I wish that this book had never been written, because I had fallen in love with books 1-3.
