Book two of the Jane Austen mystery series. I enjoyed it immensely, as I did the first book. The writing style impresses me because it is so close to the way Jane Austen wrote. Also, the mystery and characters are interesting. I am, however, a little annoyed that every book or movie I see about Jane Austen has to have romance in it. Why cannot she be a strong woman that does not fall in love? Why are people obsessing with making her fall in love and be tragically seperated with the man she loves as an excuse to why she never married? But besides that, I liked it and I highly recommend this series.
