In these happy golden years laura gets a teachers certificate and startse teaching school. Almonzo Wilder also asks laura to marry him and she does.

I like this book best of "The Laura Years". It is very cute and the problems she has are so realistic! (Maybe that's because they happened in real life!) I recommend this book to anyone who can read.
