Summary: Barbara Parker's searing explorations of Miami's glamour, violence, and convoluted legal system have meant soaring sales for each of her novels.In Suspicion of Deceit, Parker's recurring character, attorney Gail Connor, finds her world spinning out of control as her fiance, Anthony Quintana, is questioned in the deaths of several people with ties to Cuba.
