This is kind of the sequel to The Giver. It is a totally different story. Not quite as good as The Giver, but that is just my opinion. It's still amazing!

This book was the best book I have ever read because it showed that even with a dissibility you can be important in some way or another. These kind of books really help people who are struggling for what they want to do in life. Along with creative ideas and great plot, this book was very fun to read.

This book is very interesting and isn't your average book. The plot is very unusual, because the characters in this book have a very different culture and seem to live in a foreign world. This book is about a lame and orphaned girl named Kira who is given a special job as a "weaver". This book tells of Kira's adventure after having been removed from her home and living as the "weaver" in unfamiliar surroundings.
For those who have read The Giver (written by the same author) you will love this book. It has the same unusual story plot that will keep you guessing with a whole new twist.

I thought this was a really good book. It is about this girl that just lost her mother and her father died when she was really young. While living with other children who have lost their parents, she discovers a secret only few know in the villiage. It is suspenssful and really good and you should read it!

The author describes this book a companion to "The Giver." Both books are about a teen who is living in the future and discovering surprising things about the society in which they live. But this book never actually mentions any of the characters or events that took place in "The Giver." Although this was a really good book in my opinion it's not as good as "The Giver."

It is a book that is about a girl with a physical flaw, and she lives in a world where people with anything wrong with their bodies are killed. The only reason she lives is for her talent in weaving. It is a very interesting book.
