I loved this book. They made a movie based on the book called Super Size Me. The book is about the fast food industry and how they have the best meat standards and still people get sick so that means our meat at home is deadly.

This book was hard for me to get through. It just took me a while to get into it. However, I really liked it in the end because it made me think about what types of food I put into my body on a daily basis.
