I usually don't like "ye olde" books, but is really an exception. Please, just try it. It doesn't talk about sex, or drugs, or any of those things. It's just a dry, ugly little girl finally realizing the world doesn't revolve around her, thanks to 2 boys.

I'm not too much of a fan for the classics but in elementry school I picked this one up...wasn't really a fan, I did like another classic by the orignal author of this book by burnett, which was a little princess and that although sad is worth checking out book & movie alike.
