I had to read this for school, and I thought it would be boring. It is actually very interesting. It is written by an african author, in a totally different style. It has many political implications, and talks about the recieving of the missionaries and the typical stereotypes of that time period. If you like politics, and some history, I thing you would like this.

I thought it was a really good book. I thought it was interesting to find out about the different customs of another culture. The only thing I didn't like about the book wa the names the the author chose, I thought that they were hard to pronounce. I would definetely suggest this book to someone else because it is a great book.

This book tells of the coming of missionaries from England to Africa from a tribesman's view. It shows misunderstanding and prejudice from both sides and helps you better understand all of the conflicts that went on. Very good read!
