We take our legal system for granted in the United States. We might have many things to complain about, but we don’t have to navigate the tricky world of corruption and bribes for our every day lives. I didn’t know I was even interested in India until I read this book. Now I will have to learn more. Can we even imagine a world where teenagers sort dirty recyclable garbage (including used tampon applicators) for a living? Read this book!
