Possibly my favorite Sarah Dessen book (along with The Truth About Forever), this one is a pretty typical romance story that is made great by its original and very real characters. Hilarious and relateable, this book is perfect for teenage girls. You will fall in love with Dexter...I did!

I thought this book was really good, it was kind of a typical romance story, but it was cute. The author's style of writing was really fun and interesting, and that was my favorite part about it. I recommend this to girls, because it would probably not be that appealing to guys

This book was awesome about a rock solid girl that goes by her own beat and has a plan for every guy that she dates. Except her plan starts to flaw when she meets Dexter. A hilarious singer of a band. Him and his friends and challenges are the joke of the book. She has lived a tough life being the mother for her well...mother. It is a book full of wit and humor. Read it.

Every book Sarah Dessen writes is amazing, and this one is no exception. While it has a predictable plot, the characters are all unique and have strong personalities. This is a great summer read!

This book was amazing. It was captivating and had me hooked from the first word to the last. It's about a girl who has had her share of boyfriends. She always knows when to give them "the speech" but for some reason she can't dump Dextor. She thinks she doesn't like him but she ends up loving him. All this is mixed in with her querky mother who's an author with a book deadline, her overly odd stepfather, number 5, and her brother who is totally changed by a girlfriend. Her friends think she's changed, she insists she has. For more information READ THE BOOK.

This book is a great story, and one of my favorite books. The main character, Remy, is a girl that is really good at giving the 'dumping speech'. Remy has dumped many many boys, and admits that there is no such thing as 'love'. In her senior summer before college, Remy is busy planning her mother's 5th marriage, when she meets Dexter. Dexter is different, everytime she wants to give him the 'talk', something makes her stop. What will happen with Dexter and Remy? Find out in one of Sarah Dessen's best, "This Lullaby".
