Paws to Read With an Animal
Saturday, July 26, 10:30a.m. – noon
For families. Volunteers will help put young readers at ease so they can cuddle up with a certified therapy animal and practice reading aloud. Most libraries host dogs and you can call ahead to see if other animals will be visiting.

Steampunk Mystery Mayhem: Created by the Red Ribbon Society

Entering grades 7-12. A meeting at the library to prepare for the upcoming World’s Fair turns dangerous when the Tesla Hydroelectric Generator meant to showcase the town is sabotaged! Who’s behind this dastardly deed? Try to repair the generator before it blows and solve this whodunit.
