The Hennepin County Library Board is appointed by the County Board of Commissioners, and consists of 11 Hennepin County residents.
Three library board members' terms expire December 31, 2009. Applications are currently being accepted and are due December 31, 2009. Citizens may apply through an open appointments process via the Hennepin County website. The Library Board will meet
Wednesday, January 13, 2010, 5:00-6:30 p.m., Central Library,Doty Board Room, 300 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis.

Persons with disabilities who plan to attend the Library Board meeting who may need auxiliary aids or services such as interpreters for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing, readers, large print or Braille, may also contact Ms. Sohlberg three work days prior to the meeting.
