The Hennepin County Library Board is appointed by the County Board of Commissioners, and consists of 11 Hennepin County residents.
Library Board vacancies
Applicants from the community are invited to submit applications to fill six vacancies on the Library Board. The board meets monthly at various library locations. Members serve three-year terms.

The Library Board will meet 5 p.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Minneapolis Central Library, Doty Board Room, 300 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, 55401.
