Library Advisory Committee
On August 23, 2006, the Minneapolis Public Library Board of Trustees formed a Library Advisory Committee to assess available and new opportunities to help rebuild a robust library system.
Committee Members:

•Carol Berde, former Executive Vice President, McKnight Foundation
•Carol Flynn, retired State Senator
•Peter A. Heegaard, retired Executive Vice President, Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota
•Betsy Hodges, Ward 13 City Council Member;
•Sandy Colvin Roy, alternate
•Jay Kiedrowski, Senior Fellow, the Humphrey Institute
•Laura King, Vice-Chancellor for Finance, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities
•Mark Murphy, Executive Director, the Cargill Foundation
•Arthur J. Rolnick, Senior Vice President and Director of Research, Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis

The Committee completed its work in February 2007
