"Faith in America's Future" is the 2013 Inaugural theme. The 20th Amendment changed the beginning of a Presidential term from March 4 to January 20. When this date falls on Sunday, the public inaugural ceremony is held the following Monday. This means President Obama's second inauguration will coincidence with the Martin Luther King holiday on January 21, 2013.
