History
The Study Club was organized around 1915. It met every Friday afternoon. Officers rotated alphabetically each year in lieu of elections. The group had 25 members. Topics of study included Spanish literature of the 19th century and philosophy. Meetings were serious in nature and sometimes included guest lecturers. Officers were not elected, but were assigned based on an alphabetical rotation system.
Description of the Collection
One box. Collection consists of a newspaper clipping about the club from 1940 and the club's annual programs spanning 1921-1928.
