Biography
Edward M. Johnson may have become a lawyer and alderman for Minneapolis' 2nd ward.
Description of the collection
Collection consists of three small notebooks of hand written diaries kept 1873-1874 during a trip to Europe. One notebook is labeled "Volume 4" suggesting that there is a missing notebook. The end of Volume 4 has a postscript written in 1875 in Brooklyn, New York.
