Share your book reviews with us this summer

Although we aren’t seeing youth in person this summer, we still want to hear about the books they are reading. Kids and teens are invited to share their impressions of the books they read on social media.

Kids can share about books by drawing or writing reviews and taking photos of them to post on social media. Caregivers can use #ReadWriteDraw and @hclib to tag us. If kids would like a prompt, think about these questions in the review:

  • What would you do if you were in the story?
  • Who was your favorite character or what was your favorite part of the story?
  • What did you learn that you didn't know before you read the book?

Teens are welcome to share images of their work as well and use #ReadWriteDraw and @hclib to tag us.  They can share a sentence describing what was important in the book to them or share emojis that best represents how the book made them feel.
