Installation and display

Exhibitors are responsible for the transportation, delivery, installation, dismantling and removal of all objects exhibited or displayed. The exhibitor must be present for the installation and dismantling of exhibits. The Library will furnish a list of approved installers if needed.

The gallery measures 1,600-square-feet. Exhibitors may choose to use vitrines and frames provided by the library. All wall-mounted objects must be hung from the rail system. Labels and gallery list will be provided by the exhibitor.

The exhibitor is responsible for charges related to any damage to the library during installation and removal.

Sales

Explicit pricing information and sales of items are prohibited in Cargill Gallery exhibits. Contact information for sales inquiries may be supplied.

Security and insurance

Hennepin County Library provides a moderate level of security in the gallery with security cameras both inside and outside the gallery. Display cases are locked and external doors are alarmed when closed to the public. Insurance coverage is included during the course of the show.
