Rockford Road project update

The Rockford Road Library renovation project has reached a milestone and site construction is moving along as planned.
Work highlights to date:
- Structural repairs around perimeter of building in progress
- Roofing has started
- Planning for solar panels is underway – Rockford Road will be the first Hennepin County library to be equipped with solar panels, reducing the library's energy footprint by feeding renewable energy back into the grid
The building will remain closed until all renovation work is complete.
